Panagbenga Festival Accommodation Rates in Baguio City
Panagbenga Festival Accommodation Rates in Baguio skyrocketed to triple or quadruple for apartels and homestays otherwise known as Transient houses for the dates February 24 and 25, 2012 and Feb 17-19, 2012.
Most of the hotels did not follow the same practice of rising the rates although they still maintain a peak season rate and lean season rate.
Anyways, the following are still free to do in Baguio: walking in the parks, sidewalks, open spaces perhaps, breathe the air in Baguio City, window shopping, cool air outside subject to change when the wind says so, and staring :-)
